SOCCSKSARGEN Safari Day 2

Day 2 of the SOCCSKSARGEN Safari started with a 20 minute ride to Dolores Farm and Resort were we will have breakfast. The place was a quiet sanctuary and a breakaway from the city life.

The next stop was our main destination for the day, the now getting famous Lake Sebu.

It about a 2 hour  ride from Gensan proper to Lake Sebu where you’ll pass by the vast pineapple plantation, the scenic views, and Koronadal City. You won’t be able to imagine the majestic and grand beauty of the 7 waterfalls until you ride the zip line which will not only leave you breathless about the activity but also the what you will see below.

We had lunch at the much talked about Punta Isla Lake Resort where fresh and delicious tilapia abound.

And for those who would rather be satisfied with the view overlooking South Cotabato while riding a much shorter zipline than that in the 7 waterfalls, then Merl Garden Spring Resort is your destination.

And to pacify our super hyper active day, we were treated with some exclusive refreshments from Sa Balai Bistro where the love of the owner for the culture and the arts is shown which provides a great ambiance.

Our last stop for Day 2 was a surprise for me. Imagine eating a porter pounder and baby back ribs for a cheap price? Yes, imaginations sometimes becomes a reality. Thanks to Red Tent Steak house.
