Sabang, Palawan

Sabang, Palawan is your entry docking point to the Underground River.


After travelling by land, hop on to a boat that will take you to the underground river.

The first thing you need to do is go to the Tourist Information and Assistance Center at the Sabang pier. The office can also arrange boat transport to the river (round trip P700, 15 minutes). Then after a five minute walk to the actual entrance, you will be given a lifejacket and helmet, and assigned a boat and driver for the trip to the cave.

Where you need to sign up and pay the corresponding fees. But if you have a tour guide or part of a tour, then the tour guide will take care of this for you. 


After that, you need to line up for your turn to board the boat. You need to move fast on this as the “first come first served rule applies.


There are other ammenities that you can enjoy from Sabang. Aside from the pier, sabang also has lots of public beaches that you can choose from. Its white sand  and clear waters will surely make you enjoy your stay.
