Puerto Princessa Subterranean River National Park. That’s the complete and official name of this world famous Underground River.

The normal boat ride takes 45 minutes. Only 5Km of the 8.2 km underground river can be accessed. However, if you want to check the remaining 3.2 km of the river, you will need to secure a special permit from the tourist and information assistance center at sabang Pier.

In this post, i’ll tell you all about Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park’s cave entrance, lagoon and waiting area.

As i’ve mentioned in my previous post, make sure to register first and have your name on the top of the list so that you will go inside the cave ahead of the others. Once you’ve done that, then you can rest and wait for your name to be called.
